"Thank you for a wonderful stay. Your young staff were all wonderfully friendly, welcoming and service minded. The young girl at the front desk was helpful in getting a nice bouquet of roses, which stood ready with flags on the table when we got down to the breakfast buffet. The young waiter Matias was absolutely amazing. When my wife was unlucky with a glass of wine, he was there as a nail and unnoticed saved the situation, and a new napkin and a little in the glass was there immediately, very professional. So an extra pat on the back to him. We were served the evening coffee in the castle room and the fireplace was lit, to pure coziness. There is praise for the entire staff from here. "We visited your restaurant for a dinner. It was such a good experience that we would really like to recommend to others 😊 The dinner in the restaurant's cozy rooms was perfect. We had a super gourmet experience with fine wine, absolutely perfect. Huge praise for the wildly talented servant Mathias, who was polite, happy, humorous and “loved” to serve for us. (We clearly felt that we were his guests👍) After dinner he recommended that we drink coffee “over in the Castle.” When we came over there, (it had become dark) - there were lit candles, fire in the large fireplace, and the coffee was served in front of the fireplace, where we sat in the large soft sofa.It was 100% "the icing on the cake", a giant experience. Mathias came a little later and showed us around the castle, he was really good at showing us opportunities for parties and the like. without being intrusive. Skilled, committed and is a fantastic representative of Broholm 😄 Thank you very much for last 😄 G & L"
